News From ICAP
We have news from the ICAP boarding school. Dr. Alejandro D’Oleo, ICC’s director of education and the supervisor of ICAP, has sent us a letter giving details of some recent events at ICAP.

What’s In The Next Qué Pasa?
We recently received a letter from Gabriela Costache, our administrator emeritus in Romania. Gabriela tells us about Andrei and Elena and several stories of their experiences at our children’s village in Romania. Following is an excerpt:

“After their natural parents were arrested, Andrei and Elena’s grandmother cared for them for a while. After a period of time their grandmother asked the authorities to care for them … At that time, Elena was two years old and Andrei was three-and-a-half.”
