How does the We Care Campaign work?
You can hold your We Care Campaign anytime. Youth group members will raise money through donors and sponsors to help provide families for orphans in 18 countries. These children have been orphaned or left abandoned on the streets. You can make a huge impact in their lives by raising awareness, raising funds to help them, and finding sponsors. You can kick off the campaign with a Prayer Breakfast to raise awareness, and pass out cans with the ICC Donation labels wrapped to collect spare change. You can do car washes and other activities to raise funds. Then hold a 25 hour prayer vigil and fast for “His Kids” praying for the orphans in different countries at the top of each hour. Many of these orphans have experienced much longer than 25 hours without food. Afterwards send the money you’ve raised to International Children’s Care, and we will use it where it is most needed for helping “His Kids.”
