Here is the Angel Fund in a nutshell: The Angel Fund is designed to allow ICC a funding buffer during those “lean” funding months when donations fall short of our needed income. Donations to Alcyon's Angel Fund are held in reserve until such a time as they are used to fill the gap between needed income and actual donations. This “Angel Fund” will allow us to ensure that all of our projects receive their full monthly budgets required to care for the children.
