1998 ICC Romania transfers the receiving center from Bucharest to the small town of Odobesti, about thirty miles from the capital.
1998 In December ICC purchases land in Narsapur, India, on which to build homes for ICC's Sweet Home orphan program.
1999 In January International Children's Care Hong Kong is established.
1999 In February ICC begins construction of three homes in Narsapur, India.
1999 ICC signs an agreement with the Zambia Union in Africa to use about thirty acres of land in Leopard Hill for a children's village.
1999 In March ICC and the North Philippine Union Mission sign an agreement on working relationships for the Philippine project.
2000 In March the first child is received into the ICC receiving center in the Philippines.
2000 In April construction of the first home for the Children's Country Village begins in the Philippines.
2002 ICC begins assisting orphans in the Democratic Republic of Congo through the PROLASA organization.
2003 First children’s home completed in Romania.
2003 ICC UK established as a Charity in the United Kingdom.
2005 ICC purchases land in Nicaragua to establish a children’s village in that country.
2005 ICC enters into an agreement to establish an ICC franchised children’s village in Jamaica in cooperation with the Educational Foundation for Children’s Care, Inc.
2005 ICC assumes operation of Maranatha’s Hogar Escuela Adventista children’s village in San Juan Opico, El Salvador.
